Lynn Smith was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. After high school, Lynn migrated south to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches where she attended Gulf Coast Community College.
Lynn became a certified legal assistant and worked in various law offices for the next 20+ years.
During that time she became a Nationally Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and then became a Florida Certified Paralegal through the Paralegal Association of Florida (PAF).
Lynn moved to Tampa for approximately 10 years, where she worked for several of the largest law firms in the State of Florida focusing on Commercial Real Estate, Land Use, Corporate and Contract Law. While living in Tampa, Lynn met and married Kevin Smith. Kevin’s career brought him to Gulf Power Company and Lynn back to Panama City Beach.
Prior to opening Northwest Florida Title Services, Lynn worked as an escrow/closing officer and then as a manager for two local title companies.
Lynn has built a reputation for outstanding customer service, for being able to close complex files with ease and having vast knowledge of title and real estate matters.
